The object of the service is the implementation of a measure for the funding objectives "Establishment of process capability" and "Establishment of competitiveness".

The primary objective is to introduce them to the training and labour market. Furthermore, an improvement in cooperation with case management is to be achieved.

The participants receive intensive socio-pedagogical support, which includes individual coaching in addition to the teaching of generally binding key qualifications. The participants are prepared for the start of an operational trial and supervised during the trial.
