Within the Residenset block in central Gothenburg there is a long continuity of government activities. Even today, the County Administrative Board is the largest tenant in the Residenset block, with a total of about 6000 m2 of premises as well as housing and representation floor for the County Governor. The assignment covers the three most prioritized projects; interior reconstruction of Landstatshus B and the auditorium, façade and window renovation of Landstatshus B and reconstruction of a former residential part of the residence building.
