1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipality of Knurów.

2. The subject of the contract and the scope of the provision of services has been specified in detail in the contract template and its annexes, constituting annexes to the ToR. The Contractor is obliged to read the Terms of Reference and its attachments and fulfill the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.

1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipality of Knurów.

2. The scope of services includes:

1) provision of municipal waste collection services from property owners where residents live and where residents do not reside, and municipal waste is generated, from property owners mixed, and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK),

2) equipping the indicated real estate - waste collection sites - MGO with containers and / or bags for collecting municipal waste in an amount ensuring proper performance of the subject of the contract and meeting all requirements as to capacity, functional and functional requirements as well as applicable Polish Standards,

3) provision of large-scale waste collection services from residential real estate,

4) providing a service for the collection of expired medicines from designated pharmacies,

5) maintaining the containers provided by the Contractor in the framework of the order in MGO in proper sanitary and technical condition as well as repair and replacement of containers in accordance with the Employer's requirements contained in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order, hereinafter SOPZ,

6) removal of municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage within the meaning of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, i.e. liquidation of "illegal dumps" from places indicated by the Employer in municipal areas according to the notified needs,

7) organizing a customer service point in Knurów that will be used for direct contact between property owners and the Contractor, including to provide information related to the implementation of services and to submit comments. The service center will provide property owners with the opportunity to purchase sacks for waste collection free of charge,

8) delivery of bags for waste and collection of collected municipal waste on dates and places indicated by the Employer in relation to the needs arising from actions initiated by the Knurów City Hall, residents or educational units (cleaning the city area, e.g. with the Clean Up the World action) at least once 2019 and a minimum of 2 times in 2020,

9) handing over the collected unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in accordance with the submitted offer to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK) indicated for Region III in the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for 2016-2022,

10) forwarding the collected green waste in accordance with the submitted offer to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK) indicated for Region III in the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for 2016-2022,

11) forwarding the collected waste separately collected municipal waste in accordance with the offer and requirements set out in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste to the processing installation,

12) transfer of mixed and green waste to a substitute installation indicated for Region III in the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for 2016-2022 in the event of a failure of the Regional Installation,

13) development in accordance with art. 20 clause 1 and 2 of the act on separate waste from the municipalities of the Knurów commune waste,

14) forwarding using web service (SOAP) methods provided by the Employer for sending data between the Employer's IT system and the Contractor's information system.

3. Collection of municipal waste will take place in accordance with the schedule prepared by the Contractor for the collection of municipal waste from real estate during the contract period.
