The Erfurt Social Insurance Centre consists of a 4-storey building complex of the German Pension Insurance Central Germany of approx. 22,000 m² with green roofs, a parking deck and visitor parking spaces, a multi-storey building complex of the neighbouring employers' liability insurance associations with underground car park and visitor parking spaces and a shared outdoor area of approx. 46,300 m² with vegetation and traffic areas as well as a pond.
