The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled: "Reduction of pollutant emissions – replacement of heat sources in the municipality of Nowe Ostrowy". The order assumes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of boilers for eco-pea coal V class and biomass (pellets) V class and thermo-modernization works in 12 buildings of private individuals

1) The subject of the contract includes m.in:

a) Preparation of project documentation,

b) Obtaining the necessary building permits / notification of construction works,

c) Dismantling of existing central heating boilers and DHW tank

(d) Supply and installation: biomass boiler or eco-pea coal; tray with feeder; heat meter and other elements of the installation

e) Connection to the exhaust system,

f) connection to the existing hydraulic system co and hot water tank,

g) performing tests of installation and checking the proper functioning of the apparatus,

h) connection of electrical power supply

(i) system actuation and adjustments

j) Execution of construction and assembly works related to the installation of installations and thermo-modernization works,

(k) training of the users of the installation in its operation and operation

l) Preparation of an application for technical tests of a device subject to technical supervision on behalf of a resident,

m) Execution of as-built geodetic inventory,

n) Preparation and submission of an application for notification of completion of construction works to the appropriate PINB on behalf of the resident,

2) The planned number of boilers for eco-pea coal V class - 8 pcs. and for biomass (pellets) V class - 5 pcs.

3) The installation of a biomass or eco-pea boiler should consist of such elements as: biomass boiler (pellets) or eco-pea coal; tray with feeder; heat meter; protection system against pressure rise in the installation; connecting piping; pipeline insulation; mounting elements;

4) The detailed scope and description of the Ordering Party's requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract covering design, assembly and construction works is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), Appendix No. 11 to the Terms of Reference and a detailed lump sum valuation Annex No. 3a to the SWZ
