The purpose of the study is to put forward innovative methods to model ecosystem-like networks of contracts. The contractor will carry out theoretical and empirical research that will help the European Commission to measure the impact of policies in the area of justice and consumer affairs with a focus on digital forms of contracting.

The tasks covered by this contract include:

— desk research,

— data search, data curation and analysis,

— production of a report.
