This framework agreement aims to retain a service provider who will be able to carry out the missions of Service Offering Manager for the Digital Department, in charge of the qualification, definition, deployment and operation of business applications of the members of the control group (Toulouse Métropole / City of Toulouse (including the CCAS). The interventions that will be delegated in this respect will only concern the deployment of business applications, for which the project owner is integrated into the business departments.
