Estate Management Consultancy Services for the Stratford Waterfront (Olympicopolis) project.

To support the creation of a Preliminary Estates Management Strategy and calculation of the associated service charge, budgets and life cycle costs at Stratford Waterfront. This guidance will take the form of reports, budgets and schedules in interim and final forms which will be developed alongside the emerging design for the area. LLDC is also seeking to draw upon additional strategy advice and commercial input to conclude the development of the Estates Management Strategy.
