Framework Agreement for the provision of the specific collection service in nursing homes in the municipalities of Vallès Occidental.

The Vallès Occidental Waste Management Consortium will sign a contractual document with the winner of the Framework Agreement. Based on the aforementioned contractual document, the consortium municipalities that are interested in collecting the services that motivate this Framework Agreement may directly award their derivative contracts with the successful bidder for the bid prices offered to the consortium in this tender and charged to their respective budgets. The consortium will not assume any expense for any reason as a consequence of the signing of the Framework Agreement or the derivative contracts that may be formalized by the consortium entities.
