1) The subject of the contract is the performance of seasonal inspections of air conditioning installations installed in railway vehicles of the EP07P, EMU EN57ALc, EN57FPS, EN57AL, ED78 and SA108 series, which are aimed at ensuring proper operation and maintenance of full technical efficiency of equipment and air conditioning installations in railway vehicles used by the Ordering Party.
2) Due to the use of different types of air-conditioning equipment and the type of rolling stock, the contract has been divided into six (6) lots, with the proviso that lots No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 are indivisible, which means that no bid can be submitted for the selected equipment in a given lot, and the Contractor may submit only one bid for a given lot.
