Translation of EU documents from and into EU official languages with a total of 49 language combinations (lots). DGT is looking for highly qualified and experienced translation service providers on whom it can rely. Both individuals (for example with joint tenders) and organisations or other groups of economic operators can apply. The procedure sets a cascade system and includes on-line testing (one translation, one revision and one case study). For each lot, a maximum of five successful tenderers will be ranked in accordance with the award criteria (quality mark and price) and will be awarded framework contracts. This ranking is the sequence in which the contractors will be offered assignments during the execution of the contract. The highest ranked contractor should accept all assignments. If the highest ranked contractor fails to accept an assignment, it will be offered to the next highest ranked contractor.

Duration: from 1.7.2020 to 29.2.2024, non-renewable.
