At WDR, media archive applications are used to archive, manage and reuse programme assets (programmes, contributions, radio plays, music titles, etc.) from radio, television and online in the long term.
For maintenance and further development in the environment of this media archive application, services are required in the WDR or in the Information Management IT department.
On the one hand, this is the case for project work, coordination and support of implementation activities, including conception, analysis, design, documentation. On the other hand, services are required for activities in the field of further development, maintenance, error analysis and support of the media archive applications and the associated WDR in-house developments.
The services are divided into three areas of responsibility:
Services A1:
Planning, analysis, conception, requirements management for development and implementation projects as well as development coordination in the field of media archive applications including support of applications
Budget and expense controlling with regard to the various areas of responsibility (resource management)
Services A2:
Programming and technical implementation: adaptation, further development and maintenance of existing components and interfaces in the media archive environment; Planning and development of new components, technical support during operation
Services A3:
Technical and organizational support (planning, conception, implementation support, problem analyses) for the further development and operation of media archive applications as well as support for possible IT projects in this environment (projects)
For this purpose, a framework agreement with a term of two years is to be concluded, with an option to extend it twice for a further year in each case.
The guaranteed minimum purchase volume is 1,100,000 euros incl. VAT. Beyond that, there is no purchase obligation for WDR. The estimated call-off volume is 2,250,000 euros incl. VAT. and the optional maximum volume is 2,600,000 euros incl. VAT. (see also point 6.3.2 of the tender documents).
The call-off of services is demand-driven. Billing is based on actual expenditure. As a rule, each area of responsibility is called off annually for a service period of one year.
The hourly prices offered are fixed for the duration of the framework agreement, including the extension options, as fixed prices for the services to be provided.
