Building cleaning for approximately 15 separate buildings ranging from 700 sq metres to 8 000 sq metres. Total internal cleaning space circa 45 000 sq metres. The contract is for daily cleaning and periodic cleaning for 33 months (2 years, 9 months) plus 2 year possible extension. The College prefers one contractor to carry out the cleaning services across all campuses, but reserves the right to split the contract into Lots, should this be deemed advantageous.
