Ålesund Hospital carries out approx. 930 cataract operations a year with the help of a Phaco machine. A new Phaco machine is now to be procured for the department. A framework agreement will also be entered into for equipment-specific consumables.

Ålesund Hospital carries out approx. 930 cataract operations a year. A new Phaco machine is now to be procured for the department, and, at the same time, a framework agreement for equipment-specific consumables for the lifetime of the machine.

The Phaco machine must be delivered with 12 Phaco handles.

The estimated value of the procurement, including consumables for the equipment's lifetime (10 years) is NOK 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 excluding VAT.
