The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for services within electro L (electrical work on electrical installations in houses, schools, institutions, etc.), and/or electro S (fire alarms, burglary alarms, emergency lighting, and computer networks, etc.).

Birkenes Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for electro L and electro S. The start-up date for electro L for Birkenes Municipality will be when the contract is signed. The start-up date for electro S will be 01.04.2024.

The work will also include material that is needed for the various operations where the procurement of material is regulated in Annex 9 of the framework agreement. The exception will be cases where the contracting authority itself obtains the products/material for the work, for example, equipment from its own store, or material through an existing framework agreement. The contract also comprises smaller supporting work and work that naturally falls under the discipline.
