The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Development of the industrial zone through land development for the needs of the functioning of the Jaworzyńska Strefa Działalności Gospodarczej (JSAG)" divided into 5 parts. Of which 4 parts are planned to be commissioned in the "design and build" system and 1 part for investor's supervision over construction works carried out as part of the project.

The subject of the contract under part 1, which is part of the project entitled "Development of the industrial zone through land development for the needs of the functioning of the Jaworzyńska Strefa Działalności Gospodarczej (JSAG)" co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, are construction works in the "design and build" system, which include the preparation of design documentation along with the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions and the execution of works construction on the basis of previously made documentation, separately for each road section, while maintaining all the requirements of the construction law and technical conditions. Under these proceedings, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare design documentation for the construction, reconstruction and extension of roads within Jaworzyna Śląska, Nowice, Bolesławice together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and to perform construction works on its basis. The subject of the contract under part 2, which is part of the project entitled "Development of the industrial zone through land development for the needs of the functioning of the Jaworzyńska Strefa Działalności Gospodarczej (JSAG)" co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, are construction works in the "design and build" system, which include the preparation of design documentation along with the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions and the execution of works construction on the basis of previously made documentation while maintaining all the requirements of the construction law and technical conditions. Under these proceedings, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare design documentation for the construction of roads within Pasieczno together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and to perform construction works on its basis. The subject of the contract under part 3, which is part of the project entitled "Development of the industrial zone through land development for the needs of the functioning of the Jaworzyńska Strefa Działalności Gospodarczej (JSAG)" co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, are construction works in the "design and build" system, which include the preparation of design documentation along with the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions and the execution of works construction on the basis of previously made documentation while maintaining all the requirements of the construction law and technical conditions. Under these proceedings, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare design documentation for the construction of roads in the Pasieczno and Czech Republic precincts together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and to perform construction works on its basis. A detailed description is contained in the SWZ.

The subject of the contract under lot 4 are construction works in the "design and build" system, which include the preparation of design documentation together with the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions and the execution of construction works on the basis of previously prepared documentation in compliance with all the requirements of the construction law and technical conditions. As part of these proceedings, the contractor will be obliged to prepare separately the design documentation for the modernization of the WTP station in Jaworzyna Śląska and separately for the construction of the sanitary sewage network with the extension of the water supply network in Nowice and the execution of construction works on their basis in the scope of:

1) Modernization of the WTP station in Jaworzyna Śląska:

- replacement of the raw water pipeline from the entrance chamber to the SUW building;

- air flow cleaning of the subfilter part of the well, putting the well into operation and making a chamber with return flaps to coordinate its work with the well;

- disinfection of treated water with UV lamps;

- replacement of four clean water tanks with a capacity of 150 m3 each for four tanks with a capacity of 350 m3 each;

- drilling an additional well with accompanying works, including the execution of a filter, installation of pumps and bringing the installation to the existing network;

- comprehensive replacement of control cabinets in the room of the power distribution at transformers;

- installation of emergency lighting in the SUW building;

- replacement of external lighting with LED lamps;

- replacement of internal lighting in SUW rooms;

- expansion of the WTP control and monitoring system using the existing fiber optic cable;

- waterproofing of the WTP building along with plastering of the external walls of the WTP building using structural plaster;

- renovation of the social room and toilet (renovation consisting in dismantling existing equipment, furniture, demolition of existing wall and floor coverings and ceilings, re-execution of floor cladding and ceilings along with installations / approaches of water and sewage and lighting);

- replacement of the SUW area fence;

- execution of the gate and entrance in a new location;

- making the surface of concrete blocks on pedestrian routes;

2) construction of the sanitary sewage system in Nowice and extension of the water supply network in Nowice:

- construction of a gravitational distribution sanitary sewage system with a diameter of 315 mm made of PVC with an expected length of 2 327 m;

- construction of a gravitational distribution sanitary sewage system with a diameter of fi 250 mm made of PVC with an expected length of 645 m;

- construction of a gravitational distribution sanitary sewage system with a diameter of fi 200 mm made of PVC with an expected length of 1 455 m;

- construction of a gravitational distribution sanitary sewage system with a diameter of fi 160 mm made of PVC with an expected length of 458 m;

- construction of a pressure sanitary sewerage network with a diameter of fi 125 mm with PE-HD with an expected length of 1 500 m;

- planned installation of inspection and inspection wells fi 1000 on the sewer 115 pcs.;

- planned construction of sewage manholes fi 400 – 62

- construction of sanitary sewerage connections to the property in the expected amount of 55 pcs.;

- construction of control manholes on the discharge pipeline in the expected amount of 4 pcs.;

- construction of a sewage compressor station;

- extension of the water supply network fi 63 with an expected length of 88 m.;

- extension of the water supply network fi 110 with an expected length of 225 mm;

- construction of a hydrant in the amount of 1 pc.;

- reconstruction of the road structure after construction works together with the restoration of the surface along the entire width of the road;

- restoration of other surfaces including pavements, private areas and green areas;

- purchase and delivery of a vehicle for pressure cleaning of sewage systems with a total capacity of tanks of 3,000 liters with parameters indicated in SWZ

The subject of the contract under part 5, which is part of the project entitled "Development of the industrial zone through land development for the needs of the functioning of the Jaworzyńska Strefa Działalności Gospodarczej (JSAG)" co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, is to perform investor's supervision over construction works carried out in the "design and build" system in the specialties:

-Road

- construction and construction

- installation in the field of water supply and sewage installations and devices

- installation in the field of electrical and power installations and devices.
