The subject of these proceedings is the service for the transport of formal service of participating Saxon judicial authorities in the regions of Chemnitz and Zwickau. The postal service includes the pick-up service of formal deliveries to the respective judicial authorities, if necessary also to the branch offices, the imprint of a cliché (upon submission by the client or the respective head of department), franking and delivery to the addressee within Germany. Collection must take place from Monday to Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. if possible and Friday, if possible, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The heads of department may, in agreement with the contractor, agree on different times.

Subcontractors are not depository bodies within the meaning of Section 181 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).

Delivery: The contractor generally delivers the shipments to the recipient on the next working day (Monday to Saturday). The delivery times are based on the guideline values set out in Section 2 No. 3 of the Postal Universal Service Ordinance (PUDLV). Deliveries must be made from Monday to Saturday.

The postal delivery orders are not enveloped by the authorities and handed over to the contractor in an outer envelope. In accordance with Section 178 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, the document to be served is handed over in a sealed envelope together with the prepared certificate of service, but is not additionally provided with a second outer envelope. If it is necessary for operational reasons, an outer envelope may be used by the contractor. There is no additional enveloping by the authorities.

Condition: a) valid license according to § 6 PostG

b) valid fee approval(s) of the regulatory authority on the price components subject to approval for the respective region (to be stated and submitted only by the licensee who is dominant in the market, in accordance with Section 34 sentence 4 PostG).
