1.The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and assembly works after prior development of design and cost estimate documentation for – construction of a temporary container camp with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and 24x24 garage halls for 20 garage positions in the "design and build" system in Elbląg. 2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: closed area – precinct 2 Elbląg; 21 WOG Elbląg. 3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract: minimum 36 months – maximum 60 months. 4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the equipment and equipment supplied for the period of:

minimum 24 months – maximum 36 months. 5. Warranty period: 60 months – according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code. 6. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining the material effect: - design and cost estimate documentation - from the date of signing the contract until 29.09.2023; - construction works – from the date of signing the contract until 15.12.2023.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and assembly works after the development of design and cost estimate documentation for – construction of a temporary container camp with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and 24x24 garage halls for 20 garage stands using the "design and build" system in Elbląg. As part of the contract, design and cost estimate documentation should be prepared along with obtaining relevant administrative decisions and arrangements allowing for the implementation of construction works, implementation of construction and assembly works in accordance with the adopted construction documentation. Design studies should be divided into: - classified part with the clause RESERVED - Land Development Project with underground infrastructure (networks and connections to the facility), including telecommunication ducts. Technical design of the teletechnical industry regarding ICT and alarm systems, - public part - in the scope of other design studies, (without the designed ICT infrastructure and alarm systems); The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered equipment for a period of: minimum 24 months – maximum 36 months. 5. Warranty period: 60 months – according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code. 6. From the date of handing over the facility for use, the Contractor will carry out free maintenance and inspections of the following for 12 months: fire alarm system, heating and mechanical ventilation system and alarm systems (SSWiN, SKD, TSN) in accordance with the "Operational and technical requirements for the XIX SpW group – Specialized systems and equipment for the protection of facilities" of 08.05.2020. 7. In the case of alarm systems (SSWiN, SKD, TSN), the Contractor, under the granted guarantee, is obliged to undertake the repair within 4 hours of reporting the defect by the user, in accordance with the "Operational and technical requirements for the XIX SpW group – Specialized systems and equipment for the protection of facilities" of 08.05.2020. 8. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: - design and cost estimate documentation - from the date of signing the contract until 29.09.2023; - construction works – from the date of signing the contract until 15.12.2023.
