The owner municipalities of Indre Østfold Data IKS (IØD) currently have separate telephony systems of varying age and quality. IØD would like to establish a framework agreement with one service provider for procurements of a joint telephony system for the owner municipalities. The telephony system can be offered for installation in the awarding authority’s premises or as a “cloud system”. The framework agreement shall include both an exchange system, user equipment, migration and services plus a number of options.

The municipalities will have different progress in the implementation of the system, with Askim being the first. As the other municipalities join, they will be bound by the framework agreement.
