Performing care treatments of selected roadside trees growing in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Region of Provincial Roads in Kętrzyn, divided into 5 parts. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order – constituting an integral part of the SWZ. In the case of submitting tenders for more than one lot, the Contractor should have such technical and human resources potential to be able to simultaneously perform the service on all lots within the prescribed deadlines. The contractor may submit a bid for: a maximum of 2 lots.

The order will be executed in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 916); with the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended) and the Act of 29 January 2004. Public procurement law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended).

Performing care treatments 803 pcs. roadside trees growing along the provincial road No. 593 on the section Lutry – Ryn Reszelski at km from 61+350 to km 66+100, in the area of operation of Road Circuit No. 3 in Biskupiec.

The scope of services includes:

(a) sanitary pruning consisting of the removal of deadwood, diseased, dead and broken shoots, branches and branches;

b) corrective pruning to improve the statics of the tree and reduce the crown;

(c) technical cutting to remove branches and branches falling within road gauge and collisions with construction works or technical equipment;

d) crown scans – cuts loosening an excessively thickened crown;

(e) removal of mistletoe;

(f) removal of root suckers;

(g) removal of timber from the place of service and immediate cleaning up of the workplace;

h) exercising environmental supervision during the performance of works.

The execution of the order will take place in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting an Annex to the SWZ.

Performing care treatments 1898 pcs. trees growing along the provincial road No. 511 on the section Górowo Iławeckie – Lidzbark Warmiński in the area of operation of the Road Circuit No. 2 in Sędławki.

The scope of services includes:

(a) sanitary pruning consisting of the removal of deadwood, diseased, dead and broken shoots, branches and branches;

b) corrective pruning to improve the statics of the tree and reduce the crown;

(c) technical cutting to remove branches and branches falling within road gauge and collisions with construction works or technical equipment;

d) crown scans – cuts loosening an excessively thickened crown;

(e) removal of mistletoe;

(f) removal of root suckers;

(g) removal of timber from the place of service and immediate cleaning up of the workplace;

h) exercising environmental supervision during the performance of works.
