The subject of the contract includes the development of project documentation, obtaining relevant decisions and execution of construction works falling within the scope of Contract No. 5: "Construction of the sewage and water supply network in Ciemne - Yellow FIDIC". This investment falls within the scope of the key project "Construction of sanitary sewage system and water supply network in the Radzymin Commune - Stage II" and is one of the parts of the contract awarded for the design and construction of a sewage and water supply network.

The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation, obtaining relevant decisions (including decision on building permit / notification regarding construction works), construction together with submission of a notice of completion of works or an application for a decision to use to the competent building supervision authority and obtaining no objection for the use of the infrastructure built or a final decision on the use of the water supply and sewage network in the cities of Ciemne and Radzymin, including:

• construction of a DN 315 PVC gravity sanitary channel with a total length of approx. L = 1.68 km,

• construction of a gravity sewer channel DN 200 PVC with a total length of approx. L = 6.06 km,

• construction of 455 pieces of sections of the DN160-DN200 sewage network (hereinafter referred to as sewage branches) in the road lanes of the streets listed in point 1.1.1., Including:

- DN200 - 30 items (from the main channel to side roads, plots for roads and to the property),

- DN160 - 425 items (from the main channel to the property borders).

Sewer branches are foreseen for all properties at the constructed pipes. In the case of built-up plots, the scope of design includes a section of the sewer pipe from the sanitary channel in the street to the place of including sewage from buildings located on private properties. In the case of undeveloped plots, the design includes a sewage pipe terminated with a sewage well on the plot. The construction of the designed sewer branches covers the section from the sanitary sewer in the street to the borders of private properties.

The final number and diameters of sewage branches will result from design solutions adopted based on current geodetic divisions of real estate preceded by a field vision. In justified cases (e.g. a large amount of sewage generated within the property, for which a connection with a diameter of DN 160 will be insufficient, the Purchaser allows the diameter of the branch DN160 to be DN200).

• construction of 6 sanitary sewage pumping stations;

• construction of a DN 90-160 mm PEHD discharge channel with a total length of approx. L = 1.0 km;

• construction of the DN 110-160 PEHD waterworks with a total length of approx. L = 8.41 km;

• construction of 454 sections of the DN40-DN160 water supply network from the main network (hereinafter referred to as water supply branches) in the road lane of streets, including:

- DN110 - 29 pcs. (from the main water supply system to side roads and plots intended for roads),

- DN40-50 - 425 pcs. (From the main water supply to the property boundaries, diameter selection depending on the water demand, destination of the plot. In the case of road separation on the plot during design works or planning by the owner of the separation of the road plot within the plot, it should be provided branch diameter DN63-110 in accordance with future demand.

Water supply branches are foreseen for all undeveloped and built-up properties without a water supply connection as well as side roads and plots for roads.

The scope of design and construction of water supply branches for built-up and undeveloped plots includes a section of the water pipe from the water supply in the street to the borders of private properties. In the case of side roads / plots intended for roads, water supply branches should be made to the border of the road lane.

The final number of water supply branches and the adopted diameters will result from the design solutions adopted based on the current geodetic divisions of real estate preceded by a field vision.

• reconstruction of colliding devices, including gas pipeline in ul. Laskowa in Ciemne, as well as the construction of a rainwater sewage system (covering a ditch) in case of necessity to locate a water supply / sewage network at the side of the road occupied by a drainage ditch in ul. Wołomińska.
