Waste will be from fractions with codes: 20 03 01, 15 01 07, 20 01 02, 15 01 01, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 03, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 20 01 99 , 20 03 07, 15 01 09, 20 01 10, 16 01 03, 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 06, 17 01 07, 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36, 20 01 32, 20 01 27, 20 01 28, 20 01 29, 20 01 30, 20 01 21 *, 20 01 23 *, 20 01 25, 16 06 01, 16 06 02, 16 06 04, 16 06 05, 20 01 33 * , 20 01 34, 20 02 01. The amount of waste collected is not dependent on the Employer. The contractor will be obliged to:
- waste management at RIPOK indicated in the offer on business days between from 8 to 18,
- weighing collected waste,
- achieving appropriate levels of recycling and preparing for the re-use of waste materials,
- reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste,
- preparing reports
The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate located in the commune of Tuchów and from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste at ul. Długa 51D in Tuchów.
The contractor will be obliged to manage the following municipal waste fractions (waste codes in brackets): mixed (unsorted) municipal waste (20 03 01), glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02), paper and cardboard and paper packaging and cardboard (15 01 01), metals and metal packaging (15 01 04, 20 01 40), wooden packaging (15 01 03), plastic, plastic packaging (15 01 02, 20 01 39), packaging multi-material (15 01 05), slag and ash from combustion processes (20 01 99), furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), textiles, clothing (15 01 09, 20 01 10), used tires (16 01 03 ), construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 06, 17 01 07).
The contractor will be obliged to manage municipal waste in the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installations (RIPOK) indicated in the offer on business days from from 8:00 to 18:00. If RIPOK is not able to accept the waste, the Contractor will have to indicate another Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation, which will accept the waste at the Contractor's expense at the same time as the entity that will provide the Contractor with waste for management will intend to deliver it to RIPOK. The contractor will notify this entity that he is not able to accept the waste, and will show him another Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation and the days and hours of receiving it by the latest on the first day of the period in which he will not be able to accept the waste. If RIPOK is able to accept waste again, the Contractor shall notify this entity that it is able to accept waste at RIPOK not later than on the first day after the end of the period in which it will not be able to accept waste.
The Contractor's obligations will be:
- weighing of collected waste at a weighing point located at the place of waste transfer for processing,
- achieving appropriate levels of recycling and preparing for the re-use of waste materials,
- reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills,
- preparing semi-annual reports on municipal waste collected and collected, liquid waste collected and the implementation of municipal waste management tasks,
- preparing other reports or documents if their preparation becomes required under generally applicable legal provisions,
- documentation of all deliveries by the Contractor,
- preparing a waste transfer card,
- ensure that. places of recovery or disposal of municipal waste will meet the technological criteria and will meet the requirements set out in Article 143 of the Act of 27.4.2001 - Environmental Protection Law and other relevant provisions,
- accept waste as follows:
a) in the scope of waste acceptance:
- access to the scales located in RIPOK,
- registering the origin and type of waste imported (type of waste with code),
- registering the gross vehicle weight,
- indication of the place of unloading of waste,
- access to the weighbridge for an empty vehicle,
- issuing a weight receipt in accordance with para. 14 point 1;
b) as regards the processes to which the waste should undergo:
- recovery of secondary raw materials and other waste contained in unsorted mixed municipal waste,
- sorting for waste collected in a selective manner, intended for recovery and recycling,
- waste storage in a landfill,
- waste management in the manner specified in the document regarding the functioning of RIPOK at the Contractor's disposal.
