Invest NI wishes to establish a Framework Agreement that will provide a number of suitably qualified individuals to undertake Commercial Appraisals. It is anticipated that the framework will commence on the 28th January 2024 for a duration of one year. The Client may at any time before the completion of the Contract Period invite the Contractors to agree to extend for any period/s up to and including thirty six months commencing from the termination date of the original Contract Period.
