The subject of the contract is the supply of uniforms for the Municipal Guard m.st Warsaw, divided into 14 tasks (parts), therefore the Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids in accordance with
Description of the subject of the contract, constituting attachments from No. 1a to No. 1m to SWZ.
Task No. 1 – delivery of long tactical boots, short tactical boots, tactical half-boots, half-boots for the starting uniform (women's and men's)The task includes the delivery of 320 pairs of long tactical boots, 220 pairs of tactical short boots, 35 pairs of tactical half-boots; 10 pairs of shoes for men's starting uniform,
10 pairs of shoes for women's outfit (pumps).
The offered shoes must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1, constituting Annex 1a to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 10 – delivery of service sweatersThe task includes the delivery of 65 pcs. service sweaters.
The offered sweaters must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 10, constituting Annex 1j to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 11 – delivery of winter coatsThe task includes the delivery of 3 pcs. winter coats.
The offered coats must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 11, constituting Annex 1k to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 12 – delivery of tactical vests, webbing belts (with an inner belt), gas covers with a capacity of 50 ml, gas covers with a capacity of 50 ml. 90 ml, handcuff casesThe task includes the delivery of 100 pcs. tactical vests, 100 pcs. webbing belts, 200 pcs. gas covers with capacity 50 ml, 100 pcs. gas covers with capacity 90 ml, 150 pcs. handcuff covers. The offered vests, belts and covers must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 12, constituting Annex 1l to the Offer Form.

Task No. 13 – delivery of sports clothingThe task includes the delivery of 100 pcs. sets of sportswear. The offered costumes must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 13, constituting Annex 1ł to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 14 – delivery of winter leather gloves, summer leather gloves, white gloves (for standard mail)The task includes the delivery of 1100 pairs of winter leather gloves, 30 pairs of summer leather gloves, 40 pairs of white gloves (for flagship mail).
The offered gloves must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 14, constituting Annex 1m to the Offer Form.

Task No. 2 – delivery of shoes with nailsThe task involves the delivery of 65 pairs of shoes with nails.
The offered shoes must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 2, constituting Annex 1b to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 3 – delivery of sports shoesThe task involves the delivery of 200 pairs of sports shoes.
The offered shoes must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 3, constituting Annex 1c to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months.
Task No. 4 – delivery of universal jacketsThe task includes the delivery of 250 pcs. universal jackets.

Task No. 5 – delivery of softshell sweatshirtsThe task includes the delivery of 400 pcs. softshell sweatshirts.

Task No. 6 – delivery of universal trousersThe task includes the delivery of 800 pcs. universal trousers.

Task No. 7 – delivery of long-sleeved shirts, short-sleeved shirts, long-sleeved white shirts, short-sleeved white shirtsThe task includes the delivery of 200 pcs. shirthoodie, long sleeves, 200 pcs. shirt blouse with short sleeves, 50 pcs. white shirts with long sleeves, 50 pcs. white shirts with short sleeves. The offered shirts and shirts must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 7, constituting Annex 1g to the Offer Form. Task No. 8 – delivery of polo shirts, t-shirtsThe task includes the delivery of 400 pcs. polo shirts, 200 pcs. T-shirts.
The offered T-shirts must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 8, constituting Annex 1h to the Offer Form.
Required warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 12 months.
Task No. 9 – delivery of turtlenecksThe task includes the delivery of 100 pcs. half-turtlenecks.
The offered turtlenecks must meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 9, constituting Annex 1 and to the Offer Form.
