Structural engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51, LPH 2-6
The client intends to carry out the following construction project: The Hanseatic City of Lübeck plans to fundamentally renovate the salt warehouses, which are under monument protection. The objectives of the measures are the renovation and modernisation of buildings for the sustainable preservation of the listed buildings as well as the renewal of the technical equipment. This applies above all to the supporting structure of the building ensemble, the outer skin, the implementation of barrier-free access, flood protection, building physics – in particular the preservation of the building substance but also the renovation under energetic aspects, the entire technical equipment of the building and the technical fire protection. Furthermore, functional areas should be adapted or rearranged or relocated. The existing sales area (retail space - clothing) will essentially remain in its location and size.
The renovation is to take place in several construction phases during ongoing operations. The sales area will remain in use during the renovation – partial closures of up to approx. 50% of the sales area as well as a complete closure for a short period of time have been pre-agreed. Access from the arcade Speicher 1 must be granted at all times. Interim solutions to maintain operations must be planned and implemented. Preparatory investigations were carried out. A feasibility study is available.
The estimated construction costs for the cost groups 200 – 400 amount to € 8,407,450 net.
The object of the award are planning services with the following range of services:
- Structural planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51, LPH 1-6
- Special services.
To this end, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the aforementioned performance profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
