Open procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with a single economic operator to be identified among the Employment Agencies registered in the Register of Employment Agencies established at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, relating to the fixed-term work administration service in favor of the Union of Terre d'Argine and the municipalities of Carpi, Campogalliano, Novi di Modena and Soliera, pursuant to art. 30-40 of Legislative Decree 81/2015, relating to professional figures attributable to the professional areas provided for in the CCNL Local Functions Sector of experienced operators, instructors and to the area of officials and High Qualification for a period of four years.
