First Wessex seeks a Consultant to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment for each of our new build, managed communal areas, depots and offices across its operational area of Hampshire.

First Wessex have awarded their Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy Contract to Lawes Marsh.

It is FW's intention to tender for a 3 + 2 year contract.

First Wessex seeks a Consultant to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment for each of our new build, managed communal areas, depots and offices across its operational area of Hampshire.

FRA's are required under the following circumstances:

— Pre occupation and Design plan;

— Scheduled as part programmed frequency;

— Requested by FW due to an incident or emergency;

— Requested by FW as a follow up of an existing FRA when actions are complete.

FW have approximately 850 FRA's in their database of various reassessment frequencies depending on the property type and current risk rating. This number will vary as some properties may be disposed of or demolished and other new schemes are added.
