Conversion and renovation of the school building at Paul-Hug-Straße 43 The existing building was erected in 1948 and extended by an extension on the courtyard side. It is a three-storey building in solid construction. The following constructions are available:
Foundation: Deep foundations/piles, basement walls, brick masonry
Exterior wall: brick masonry as backing masonry, 2cm air layer and brick facing masonry
Roof construction: wooden beam ceilings and wooden gable roofs with tiled roofing
Special features: Ceiling KG reinforced concrete ceiling ground floor and upper floor hollow brick slabs (no high point loads are possible here, as well as no demolition with heavy equipment)
