The tenderer must be a full-service provider of IT operations along with support and shall carry out complete delivery, including start-up, seamless transition from the existing systems and solutions, services, response times and preparedness.

Primarily, we would like a tenderer that can function as a sparring partner when it comes to the daily IT operations of Karmsund Havn. A tenderer that can assist with security assessments and purchasing, and that can satisfy the requirements as the technology and the Contracting Authority's needs change. It is important to Karmsund Havn to have high IT security and that the tenderer's service platform is delivered in its entirety from data centres located in Norway, which is with IT security, sustainability and the effect of value capture in mind. If the tenderer is able to offer a data centre with documented equivalent (or better) IT security and sustainability, the Contracting Authority will include this in the assessment. It is also preferred that these data centres are monitored 24/7/365.
