The subject of the contract is the collection and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Strzegom. The scope of the contract includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the Strzegom municipality from owners of real estate where residents live and from owners of real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated. 2) equipping the property with containers for the collection of biodegradable waste and the municipality with containers for collecting blue paper and cardboard of the "bell" type. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter 2 of the Terms of Contract.

The Contracting Authority provides that as part of the service provided, the Contractor will collect and manage the collected municipal waste in the amount of:

1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 10 000 Mg; COON

2) plastic and metal packaging: 2 600 Mg; COOS

3) paper and cardboard: 460 Mg; COOT

4) glass: 1 100 Mg; COOSZ

5) biodegradable waste: 3 800 Mg; COOB

6) other non-biodegradable waste: 300 Mg; COOI

7) furniture and other bulky waste: 850 Mg; COOW

8) waste electrical and electronic equipment, including batteries and accumulators: 9 Mg; COOE

9) worn tires: 10 Mg; COOP
