The subject of the contract are cleaning services for internal and external surfaces for the District Court in Lublin (including Opinion Courts of Specialists in Lublin, Chełm and Biała Podlaska) as well as internal or external surfaces of functional courts subordinate to it: District Courts: in Włodawa, in Ryki, in Opole Lubelskie, Kraśnik and Lubartów.

Task No. I covers the cleaning of internal and external surfaces (including maintenance of green areas) in the buildings of the District Court in Lublin in the following locations: ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 43, Krakowskie Przedmieście 47, plac Czechowicza 1 and ul. Chopin 14.

A. internal space - premises of the District Court in Lublin in the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 43 (pylon A, B, historical part) with a total area of 6529.13 m 2 .

B. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Lublin in the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 47 in Lublin with a total office space of 1740.40 m 2 .

C. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Lublin, building at Pl. Czechowicza 1 in Lublin with a total office space of 3258,60 m 2 .

D. internal space - rooms rented by the District Court in Lublin in the building at ul. Chopina 14 in Lublin for the Opinion Team of Judicial Specialists in Lublin with a total area of office rooms 274.00m 2 .

E. external surface - walkway and stairs in front of the building (2 m from the building wall) from ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 43, the parking lot located on the side of the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 43 (entrance from ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście), the parking lot located at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 43 (entrance from ul. Żdzielrzy Niepodała), stairs leading to the building from ul. Ewangelicka and green areas of the property in Lublin with a total area of 3080.00 m 2 (cube surface - 2052m 2 , green areas - 1028m 2 ).

F. external surface - a walkway in front of the building (2 m from the building wall) and a car park located at the back of the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 47 in Lublin with a total area of 410.00m 2 .

G. external surface - the sidewalk in front of the building and the car park located on the side of the building at Pl. Czechowicza 1 in Lublin with an area of 501.66m 2 .

The cleaning service will also be carried out using cleaning equipment that the Employer has (Annex 1 to Annex 1.1 to the ToR) made available to the Contractor for the duration of the service / contract, with the proviso that the Contractor will take into account the fact that they have been made available by the Employer, calculating the price offers.

Task No. II includes cleaning internal and external surfaces (including maintenance of green areas) of the District Court in Włodawa in locations at ul. Sejmowa 7 and ul. 10A Market Square and ul. Kościelna 7.

The area covered by the cleaning service is:

A. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Włodawa in the building at ul. Sejmowa 7 (archive area subject to cleaning 150.71 m 2 , office space, passageways, toilets, cleaning rooms 723.08 m 2 ) with a total area of 873.79 m 2 .

B. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Włodawa in the building at ul. 10A Market (archive area subject to cleaning 69.12 m 2 , office space, passageways, toilets, utility rooms covered by cleaning 267.57 m 2 ) with a total area of 336.69 m 2 .

C. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Włodawa in the building at ul. Kościelna 7 with a total area of office rooms, common room, toilets, communication routes 242.08 m 2 (including a staircase of 17.07m 2 )

D. external surfaces - the area around buildings: 1,078 m2 (including green areas - 400 m2, car park area 378 m2, the remaining area is external communication routes - stairs, pavements, building bands, etc. - 300 m2) on the property at ul. . Sejmowa 7.

Task No. III includes cleaning internal and external surfaces (including maintenance of green areas) of the District Court in Ryki in locations at ul. Kościuszki 15 and ul. Kościuszki 21.

The area covered by the cleaning service is:

A. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Ryki in the building at ul. Kościuszki 15 with a total area of 901.34 m 2 .

B. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Ryki in the building at ul. Kościuszki 21 with a total area of 78.21 m 2 .

C. external area 1,240.00 m2, including pavement and green areas - approx. 80.00 m2 and a car park at ul. Kościuszki 15.

Task No. IV includes cleaning internal and external surfaces of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie in locations at ul. Old Market Square 46, ul. Piłsudskiego 12 and ul. Kościuszki 2.

The area covered by the cleaning service is:

A. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at ul. Old Market Square No. 46 with a total area of office rooms (including archives and gas boiler room) 737.00 m 2 .

B. internal surface - office rooms, sanitary auxiliary rooms, cleaning (washing) windows, doors and other equipment located in utility rooms occupied by the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at ul. Piłsudskiego 12 and includes office rooms - 6 rooms and a bathroom, located on the first floor of the building, a room for clients and a bathroom located in the basement with a total area of 143.80 m2 and a company archive with an area of 261.90 m2.

C. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at ul. Kościuszki 2 - in the Court Curator's Team with a total area of office and storage rooms intended for archives 181.90 m 2

D. external surface - pavement in front of the building and the area behind the building with a total area: 217.20 m2 and external stairs leading to the Court, to the archive rooms and to the children's interview room in front of the building at ul. Stary Rynek 46 with a total area of 23.30 m2 (no green areas).

Task No. V includes cleaning internal and external surfaces of the District Court in Kraśnik in locations at ul. Lubelska 81 and Al. Tysiąclecia 1 and maintenance of green areas.

The area covered by the cleaning service is:

A. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Kraśnik in the building at ul. Lubelska 81 in Kraśnik with a total area of office rooms 1806.65 m 2 .

B. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Kraśnik in the building at Al. Tysiąclecia 1 in Kraśnik with a total area of 280.50 m2,

C. external surface - a walkway in front of the building with an area of 349.00 m2, a car park located at the front and back of the building at ul. Lubelska 81 with an area of 299.00 m 2 and green areas with an area of approximately 1,000.00 m2.

Task No. VI includes cleaning internal and external surfaces of the District Court in Lubartów at ul. Lubelska 57 and internal at ul. Mickiewicza 3/21

The area covered by the cleaning service is:

A. internal area - the premises of the District Court in Lubartów in the building at ul. Lubelska 57 with a total area of 2,100.00 m 2 .

B. internal surface - rooms of the District Court in Lubartów in the building at

Ul. Mickiewicza 3/21 with a total area of 61.60 m 2 .

C. external surface - a walkway and stairs in front of the building of the District Court in Lubartów at ul. Lubelska 57, a parking lot located on the side of the building at ul. Lubelska 57 (entrance from ul. Lubelska), the parking lot located at ul. Lubelska 57 (entrance from Cicha St.), maintenance of green areas of the property, with a total area of 3889.00 m 2 (including: cube surface - 1600m 2 , green area - 2289m 2 ).

Task No. VII includes cleaning the internal surface of the Opinion Team of Judicial Specialists in Biała Podlaska at Al. 1000 years

The internal area covered by the cleaning service is:

180.30 m2 of rooms rented by the District Court in Lublin in the building at ul. Aleje 1000-lecia 2 in Biała Podlaska for the benefit of the Opinion Team of Judicial Specialists in Biała Podlaska with a total area of office rooms with communication and sanitary rooms (2nd floor of the building, part A).

Task No. VIII includes cleaning the internal surface of the Opinion Team of Judicial Specialists in Chełm at ul. Lubelska 8. The internal area covered by the cleaning service is:

241.43 m 2 premises rented by the District Court in Lublin in the building at ul. Lubelska 8 for the purposes of the Consultative Team of Judicial Specialists in Chełm with a total area of office rooms along with communication and sanitary rooms.
