Renovation of the building located at 157b Jedności Narodowej Street in Wrocław.

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) replacement of woodwork in the common parts of the building – in the staircase and basement,

2) replacement of window joinery in premises,

3) renovation of residential premises (vacant buildings) No. 39, No. 40, No. 46, No. 48,

4) construction of a substation room with the necessary installations,

5) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating fed from the urban grid with the dismantling of current heat sources in the premises,

b) installation of domestic hot water installation and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of current sources for the preparation of domestic hot water,

c) renovation of cold water and sewage systems,

6) preparation of energy performance certificates for residential premises (vacant buildings) No. 39, No. 40, No. 46, No. 48, in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law and the Act of 29 August 2014 on the energy performance of buildings and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 27 February 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates,

7) execution, delivery and assembly of the "information board for the construction time" - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking the investment in the field of information for residents" together with the patterns of the boards.
