Enova carries out various market and interested party surveys each year. These include regular surveys and ad-hoc surveys for identifying specific needs.
Both quantitative and qualitative surveys and a combination of these will be relevant. Relevant methods for the qualitative surveys are typically interviews, dyads, and focus groups. Relevant methods for the quantitative surveys will typically be electronic questionnaires, but can be telephone interviews in exceptional cases. There can also be automated dispatches to defined respondents, or the recruitment and use of different user panels.
The contracting authority needs assistance for planning, designing and quality assuring the surveys (survey design) as well as implementing and analysing.
