Description:

The objective of this competitive procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with 3 bidders for the following lots: administrative employees, storekeepers, store employees and students, who will competently fill the need for interim staff for these lots. the National Lottery as cooperation partners for services in the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region.

The tenderer is required to submit an offer for all lots.

The market therefore concerns the flexible provision of temporary agency workers whenever the National Lottery wishes to use it to meet its staffing needs.

The contract will be awarded to 3 bidders (temp agencies) per lot (domain).

The temporary employment agency must be able to offer temporary French-speaking and Dutch-speaking workers.

Administrative employees

The contract will be awarded to 3 bidders (temp agencies) per lot (domain). These 3 bidders will be ranked by lot (domain) and then put into a cascade system according to their position in the final ranking when awarding the contract. This implies that, during the term of the framework agreement, requests for orders will always be addressed to the ranked tenderer 1 st . Only if this agency (with the help of subcontractors or not) can not put any suitable temporary worker available within the deadline, declares that it can not respond to this request that the ranked bidder 2 e will be contacted. If the 2 e tenderer can not make a temporary worker available within the set deadline and declares that he can not reply to this request or that the proposed temporary worker does not comply, the successful tenderer e will be contacted.

The contracting authority wishes to draw the tenderers' attention to the fact that the agency which finishes e or 3 e ranking position will therefore serve more as a backup.

The tenderer deals with the selection of candidates and the administrative follow-up.

Storekeepers
