The government sector has supported the cabinet's ambition in the prevention agreement about a smoke-free generation - like other branches and large employers - by investigating how the government as an employer can contribute to this. We do this, among other things, by closing facilities such as smoking areas in government offices in 2021. Part of the process towards a smoke-free organization is to intensify the offer of smoking cessation programs.
