The assignment

The NPO intends to conclude one (1) agreement with regard to (Multifunctional) Printers. The NPO intends to award the contract to one (1) tenderer.

The NPO awards the contract to the tenderer on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (best PKV).

NPO would like to replace the current MFPs and laser printers, including accessories, software and accessories. NPO wants to include both types of printers in the same contract. The Multifunction Printers, Laser Jets and Plotters with annual maintenance.
