The subject of the contract is the extension of the Waste Management Plant of the Municipal Treatment Plant in Wołomin along with the supply of technology and equipment in machinery and equipment consisting in:

1) demolition of the existing shed, construction of a waste reception hall and construction of composting boxes in accordance with PFU – to be implemented in the design and build formula based on documentation held by the Ordering Party (construction project, building permit of 2022 No. 1126 p/2022 and construction design of the existing shelter), the Contracting Authority expects to complete a variable design and obtain a replacement building permit;

2) construction of composting halls (shelters) and aerated yards together with the accompanying infrastructure to be implemented in the Build formula based on the construction project, building permit of 2022 No. 928 P/2022 and technical specification of acceptance and execution of works;

3) delivery of machinery and equipment.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Subject of the Order in accordance with the technological design constituting Annex 9.4. to the SWZ. The subject of the contract should be performed to the extent specified in the model contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Construction Law, as well as technical standards and principles of technical knowledge, decisions, opinions, arrangements, standards and principles of construction practice, applicable in the performance of construction works, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ordering Party, in a manner ensuring efficient and safe functioning of the Installation.
