The purpose of the acquisition is the acquisition of a case management system. For a more detailed description, see Appendix 1 Description of the Purchase Item.

The Agreement will enter into force once it is signed. The contract period shall begin at the earliest after the contract has become final or the court has authorized the execution of the contract. The Service Agreement will be in effect for a fixed term of three (3) years from the date the Software Service is fully operational after both phases of implementation, after which the Agreement will continue for an indefinite period.
