1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade, in the field of receiving, moving, delivering postal items and returning undelivered parcels, in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 896). Place of order: Cracow, Tarnów, Nowy Sącz.

2. The terms and conditions of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – the draft provisions of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 1 to the model contract.
