1. The subject of the order is the delivery of electrotherapy and cardiac stimulation equipment
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
