The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 10. The offered method of managing the above waste must comply with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended).
The estimated amount of waste with the code 19 12 10, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the contract period will be approximately 2,100 Mg.
The contractor is obliged to collect waste in an amount of min. 350 Mg / month, however, not less than 2,000 Mg during the term of the contract, provided that such quantity will be produced and ordered for collection by the Employer.
The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the amount of the above waste sent for development.

In the installation of mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste, unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (group 19), waste paper and plastics, free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and PVC are used to produce waste with the code 19 12 10.
The waste will be prepared by the Employer for collection in compressed form, tied with steel wire, and in technologically justified cases in a loose state. The dimensions of the pressed waste bale are: width 1.13 m, length 1 m, height 0.78 m. The average weight of one waste bale is about 400-450 kg.
Collection of waste will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00 in the amount specified in the order sent by fax or email to a representative of the Contractor. The pickup will take place within 2 business days from the date of sending the order. Collection of waste will take place from the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej "Bolesław", ul. Osadowa 1, 32-329 Bolesław, POLAND. Loading waste is on the side of the Employer. Weighing the collected waste will take place on the legalized scales of the Employer, located on the Employer's premises and will be confirmed by a receipt. This document will be the basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Employer and the Contractor.
At the end of each month, the contractor will confirm the amount of waste collected for disposal with the code 19 12 10 on the collective waste transfer card issued by the contracting authority.
