This contract concerns sludge effluent and soil analysis services from the wastewater treatment system of the municipality of SAINT-PAUL and three basins. The effluent sludge comes from the 2 wastewater treatment plants of the creole (Cambaie and Ermitage) and the soils come from the plots that can be irrigated by the REUSE (Reuse of treated wastewater)

The services covered are as follows:

- effluent analysis as part of the self-monitoring of the wastewater treatment system

- analysis of effluents using water from urban wastewater treatment for irrigation of crops or green spaces

- analysis of effluents discharged into the Saint-Paul collective sanitation system, particularly as part of the monitoring of discharge authorizations introduced

- analysis of sludge from wastewater treatment as part of the self-monitoring of the wastewater treatment system and the requirements for sludge disposal pathways

- analysis of sludge from wastewater treatment relating to the spreading of sludge from wastewater treatment

- soil analysis applicable to sludge applications on agricultural soils
