Material scope of the subject of the contract
1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding of wood, forest nursery and seed production, and tourist development to be carried out in the Bardo Śląskie Forest District in 2020.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work
In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, forest nursery, seed production and tourist facilities resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR (estimated nature), which consists of:
- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,
- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances
- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,
- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances
- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.
3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.
4) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract regarding Package I and II are described in Annex 4.1 to the ToR.
5) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5.1 to the ToR.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of logging and logging resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:
- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,
- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances
- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.
3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.
4) The quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract regarding Package III are set out in Decision No. 126 of the General Director of State Forests of August 12, 2019 regarding the provision of uniform models of documents and the application of quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract regarding ordering forest services in the field of forest management in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4.2 to the ToR.
5) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5.2 to the ToR.
