IDI has issued a call for tender to develop a strategic management software which can serve as a digital solution for SAIs in their strategic management work. Full details can be found in the tender documents.

The project will be a digital solution that translates the guidance provided by IDI's Strategic Management Handbook into practical step-by-step tasks and customizable formats that facilitate an efficient and comprehensive process.

The ambition of the strategic management software project is to offer supreme audit institutions (SAIs) around the world a digitalized tool to help them to design and manage their strategic plan and follow on its implementation.

The software will be developed in two phases. The first phase, which this tender is for, will focus on

1) Strategic planning; and

2) Operational planning; and

3) Budget planning, expenses tracking and human resources to the extent possible. Specific details will be established in agreement with the selected provider.

Non-functional requirements include performance, availability (above 99 %), security, scalability, reliability and compliance.
