The project management contract includes the following elements of project management assignments:

- APS: Summary preliminary draft;

- APD: Final preliminary draft;

- PRO: project studies;

- ACT: Assistance for the award of the works contract ;:

- DET: Direction of the execution of works;

- VISA: examination of the conformity with the project and Visa of the execution studies of the companies;

- AOR: assistance with reception operations and guarantee of perfect completion of contractors' work.

Additional missions planned:

- OPC: scheduling, management and coordination of the site;

- CSSI: Coordination of the fire safety system.

The provisional financial envelope excluding VAT for the operation, allocated to works, all expenses combined, is assessed for an amount of EUR 6,500,000 excluding VAT (February 2021 value).

The estimated overall duration of execution of this project management contract is 42 months.
