The subject of this contract is the double assembly and the corresponding dismantling of the temporary natural grass surface together with the substructure together with appropriate maintenance, including care, mowing, fertilization, watering, renovation and replenishment of defects and marking the turf from the moment of its laying to the moment of its dismantling. The scope of works also includes the replacement of damaged or damaged fragments of the turf during and between events organized on it, installation and dismantling of a temporary synthetic grass surface together with the substructure, making connections of both surfaces (natural and artificial) and accompanying works.

The scope of works also includes the replacement of damaged or damaged fragments of the turf during and between events organized on it, installation and dismantling of a temporary synthetic grass surface together with the substructure, making connections of both surfaces (natural and artificial) and accompanying works.

The Contractor's obligations also include each time the assembly, commissioning and disassembly of 22 sprinklers (sprinklers together with the connection system are provided by the Ordering Party) along with their attachment in the turf and adjustment. The Contractor will also carry out the assembly and disassembly of goal sleeves for football goals and the assembly and disassembly of sleeves for fixing corner flags on the concrete slab of the PGE Narodowy pitch (goal sleeves and bushings for corner flags are provided by the Ordering Party).

1. Laying the turf in 2023, as part of the Order, will take place for events taking place on the following dates:

1) on 15.10.2023 – one match involving the men's Polish A football team,

2) on 17.11.2023 – one match involving the men's Polish A football team.

For laying the turf, the Ordering Party provides min. 7-day turf assembly time with substructure - from the moment of handing over the surface to the Contractor until the acceptance of the turf laying by the Ordering Party.

2. Acceptance of the laying / preparation of the turf for individual events will take place on the following dates:

1) match 15.10.2023 – acceptance of turf laying on 14.10.2023 at 8:00,

2) match 17.11.2023 – acceptance of turf laying on 16.11.2023 at 8:00.

3. Each dismantling of the turf together with the substructure and cleaning of the pitch slab drainage system and washing its surface will take place respectively for individual events on the following dates:

1) match 15.10.2023 – from 16.10.2023 at 00:01 to 18.10.2023 at 23:59,

2) match 17.11.2023 – from 18.11.2023 at 00:01 to 20.11.2023 at 23:59.

The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to clean the retention tank at level B04 within a period postponed by 7 days in relation to the above-mentioned date of dismantling. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the date of dismantling the turf, about which it will inform the Contractor no later than 7 days before the match.
