The subject of the present procedure for the award of a public contract is the implementation of the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste produced and collected by the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality Stąporków and also equipping property inhabited with waste bags and receiving and landscaping from the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste (GPSZOK) located within the municipality of Stąporków.

1) The scope of the service includes:

(a) the collection and development of all municipal waste from property owners residing from the Town and Municipality Stąporków;

(b) providing owners of inhabited waste bags for selectively harvested waste,

c) collection of municipal waste collected in the Municipal Stąporków Municipality Municipality Selective Collection of Municipal Waste

2) Municipal waste from the property of inhabited property will be received by the Contractor, subdivided into:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

(b) waste collected selectively, i.e. paper, glass, metals, plastics, biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste;

(c) furniture and other large-sized waste, used (complete) electrical and electronic equipment, worn tyres.

3) Frequency and method of receipt by the Contractor of municipal waste from the property of inhabited property:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:

1) from April 01 to October 31:

- from single-family construction — 1 time every 2 weeks;

- from multi-family development — 1 time a week;

2) from 1 November to 31 March:

- single-family buildings - 1 time a month;

- from multi-family development — 1 time a week.

(b) selectively collected municipal waste on the property

inhabited Municipalities of Stąporków:

- from single-family buildings- not less than 1 time a month;

- in multi-family development - no less than 1 time per week each faction.

(c) furniture and other large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, worn tyres — will be received 2 times a year.

4) The obligations of the Contractor to receive and use from the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste Collection (GPSZOK) organised by the Municipality on the date of No. 4826/4 in Stąporków at Niekłańska Street 12 in accordance with the applicable provisions in this regard shall be:

(a) the equipment of GPSZOK with: KP containers (large, metal) or separate segments for the separate collection of selected waste listed in Article 4 (2) (1) (a) of the Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities;

(b) receipt of waste from GPSZOK on the basis of a GPSZOK notification of the need to collect waste, issue of waste transfer cards and transfer of received waste to RIPOK.

5) From the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste will be received by the Contractor the following types of waste:

(a) paper;

(b) metals;

(c) plastics;

(d) glass;

(e) multi-aerial packaging;

(f) expired medicines and chemicals;

g) used batteries and batteries;

(h) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

(i) furniture and other large-sized waste;

(j) rubble, construction and demolition waste (only from inhabited properties, only in quantities indicating that it originates from renovation and construction work carried out in their own right by the owners of the residential property, for which the authorisation is not required construction or declaration of intent to carry out work);

(k) used tyres (only from inhabited properties);

l) ash from household hearths;

(m) waste not eligible for medical waste, arising in households as a result of the intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes;

n) textiles and clothing.

6) The Contractor shall load and receipt of waste from the Municipal Selective Point of Collection of Municipal Waste from designated places where waste is collected in bulk, in containers or bags.
