Assistance to the Project Management of Ensemble in the framework of the future building B1400 located on the INBS-PN of Cadarache.

The project in which the call for tenders is based concerns the construction of a nuclear installation comprising buildings and easements. It is intended for the reception of processes. As an indication, the building will have a footprint of 4,581 m² and a total floor area including walls of 13,660 m². The benefits are provided for a period of 60 months.

The project management is carried out by the Nuclear Propulsion Directorate of the CEA Military Applications Directorate (CEA/DAM).

The overall project management of the installation has been entrusted to the Projects and Plant Engineering Department of CEA DAM Ile-de-France.

As an indication of the meetings may take place in Cadarache.

Under the scope of this consultation, as the project is entering the implementation phase, the CEA wishes to entrust the Holder with assistance in the overall project management of this construction project.

The Holder will have, under the Contract in particular, the following missions:

• Project management and monitoring of the declination of quality assurance requirements by the Execution and Process EOMs and by the holders of the implementation contracts;

• Monitoring and monitoring of the declination of System Engineering requirements throughout the Project;

• Monitoring the proper communication of summary information and its proper execution;

• Monitoring and surveillance of Execution and Process EOM schedules;

• The Technical Secretariat of the project at the Level of Ensemble EOM.
