Røyken Eiendom AS would like to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor who can construct Bråset swimming pool. The project consists of a new swimming pool with a gym and health centre in Røyken municipality. The building has a (provisional) area of approx. 8 350 m² gross with an outside area of approx. 15 750 m².

The construction start is planned for May/June 2015 with completion in November 2016. It is important for the contracting authority that the municipality has a good swimming pool and that this is established quickly.
