Construction and reconstruction of the gas network in the area of Raszei, Ringelbluma, Sitnika, Dobiszewskiego, Magistracka streets in Warsaw – Stage XIII.1 of the Project "Construction of a gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration"

The subject of the contract is the construction, reconstruction, completion of the necessary checks and commissioning and commissioning of the gas network in Warsaw, Raszei Street, Ringelbluma Street, Sitnika Street, Dobiszewskiego Street, Magistracka - Stage XIII.1 of the Project entitled "Construction of the gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration" in accordance with the design documentation. The subject of the contract includes:1) construction / reconstruction:
(a)existing steel sections of the low-pressure gas network to the medium-pressure polyethylene network using the trenchless relining method, and in places where this method cannot be used by means of an open trench together with the adaptation of the modernized network to work at medium pressure
(b)construction of underground sections of low-pressure gas installations
(c)decommissioning of existing gas pipelines and gas connections
2) delivery of starter utilities if required
3) execution of works accompanying the construction / reconstruction referred to in point 1).
Description and technical data:
1) Location: Warsaw- Wola District:
M st. Warsaw, Wola district, Wola district Dz. no. 52, 53, 54, 56, 64, 72, 73, 74, 75,76, 77, 80, 81/2, 81/3, 82, 84, 85, 86/1, 88/1, 88/3, 101, 103 precinct 6-06-09; Dz. Nos 2/1, 2/6, 20/4, 25, 27/1, 28/4, 30 precincts 6-06-10; Dz. Nos 51, 57, 60, 61, 65, 70, 73, 77, 79, 82, 83, 86/1, 88/1, 88/3, 102 precinct 6-06-09; Dz. nr 21, 22, 23, 26, 38, 78/1 precinct 6-06-10.
2) Total length of the gas network after reconstruction: L = approx. 1607.10 m (the length may be increased by the length of the approach sections)
3) Pipe technology: PE100 RC SDR11 Pipe diameters used: DN63 PE100 RC SDR11, L= approx. 1048.0 m; DN40 PE100 RC SDR11, L= approx.140.8 m; DN32 PE100 SDR11, L= approx. 18.8 m;
DN25 PE100 SDR11, L= approx. 399.5 m 4) Total length of gas installations: L = approx. 1.80m
Pipe diameters used: DN40 L = approx. 1.80 m;
5) Detailed technical solutions can be found in the project documentation constituting Annex 4 to the Agreement.
For the execution of Stage XIII.1, the Ordering Party obtained the Decision on the building permit No. 80/N/20 of 20.08.2020 and the decision on the building permit No. 84/SAAB/2021 of 15.02.2021.
Deadline for the performance of the contract: a) the date of technical acceptance of works - 8 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; b) the deadline for final acceptance of works - 11 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
A detailed description of the contract and the Contractor's obligations includes:
1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) -Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, 2) Technical Conditions No. PSGWA. ZMSM.763.173.2018.G of 23.04.2018 - Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement, 3)Project together with the decision on building permit No. 80/N/2020 of 20.08.2020. and the decision on the building permit No. 84/SAAB/2021 of 15.02.2021. - Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement and 4) Technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works - Appendix No. 5 to the Agreement.
Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the content of the SWZ and the announcement, including changing the dates contained therein. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(.c) of the PPL Act.
